Uri box office collection can hit Rs 200 crore mark

Most of the movies are struggling these days to reach even Rs  50 crore on the box office. But Vicky Kaushal’s latest released film Uri: The Surgical Strike has been crossed Rs 100 crore mark on its Day 10. Continuously, Uri box office collection has now crossed a sum of Rs 150 crore. Director Aditya Dhar’s movie, Uri: The Surgical Strike has got a fabulous response from the viewers all across the region of the country.

Starring Vicky Kaushal and Yammi Gautam, Uri is based on a Surgical Strike that was done by the Indian Army on terrorist launch-pads in POK.

As per the film trade expert, Taran Adarsh, Uri: The Surgical Strike crossed Rs 150 crore collection. With this figure, the movie can become the highest grossing Bollywood movie in the mid-range budget. The film has also leg behind the previous Kangana Ranaut’s film Tanu Weds Manu Returns at the box office.

 

This weekend, Uri has collected Rs 4.40 crore and Rs 9.75 crore respectively on Friday and Saturday. including the collection of its third weekend, the film has grossed a sum of Rs 157.38 crore so far from the box office of India.

Taran Adarsh also revealed that Uri collection has crossed Rs 50 crore mark in Mumbai alone. Also from Delhi-Up circle, its collection has crossed Rs 25 crores.

 

Uri Box office collection is continuous and after it’s the third week from the release, the enthusiasm of the viewers are still going on. The film Uri is also facing competition from some of the latest releases movies. These movies include Kangna Ranaut’s Manikarnika and Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s Thackeray.

The continuous growing figures of Uri indicates that it can also cross Rs 200 crore mark soon and can become the first highest grossing movie of 2019.
